There’s been so much talk about, training offered, books written and so on regarding the Millennials in the past few years. The Y generation has changed the way we think and act in business. We’ve changed our office plans and layouts, formed teams, and even changed job titles based on the influence of the Millennials on the world.
But what happens when there is a new generation emerging? Have we considered the massive shift necessary to embrace the change necessary for that generation?
Move over Y, the Z’s are coming in. As we approach another massive shift in our generation offerings, we need to understand and be prepared for them. These are our future buyers, co-workers and even sellers. Take this course and take a deeper look at what makes this generation so different from its predecessor.
Note: This course is designed to provide you with detailed information regarding the current generations you work with, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and real estate associates. This course is NOT intended to promote discrimination of any kind. Always promote Fair Housing to all.
Objectives : After taking this class students will be able to: • Define different characteristics that make up different generations. • Understand how influences, during time, alter generational thoughts. • Interpret how technology influences the Z Generation. • Understand how to prepare their business, advertising, training, work environment and customer experience to adapt to the future generation. • Verify that the customer has the best experience possible in the purchase or sale of their property through techniques implemented to complement their generation and influential traits.
